**Key Responsibilities**
As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Reviewing customer cases, conducting research, and analyzing data to develop recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiency
* Using customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a clear understanding of the customer's journey and identify opportunities for improvement
* Conducting research, interpreting results, and translating findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership
* Providing insights and process or improvement strategies to the ECR leadership team
* Working closely with the ECR leadership to develop and implement strategies based on your recommendations
* Reviewing customer cases, interpreting the life cycle, and providing root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement
* Analyzing data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations, and reporting to key stakeholders
**Minimum Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of contact center experience
* 2-3 years of customer service experience
* 1-2 years of experience in data analytics and performance reporting
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
* Demonstrated experience in data validation
* Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
* Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis
* Experience in analytics implementation
* Proven skill level in Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts
* Proven skill level in PowerPoint
**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $49,700.00 - $82,800.00 annually, with a starting rate of pay based on factors such as position, location, education, training, and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
