**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative on our VUE Team, you'll play a critical role in providing world-class customer experience to our policyholders. You'll be the face of arenaflex, handling inbound phone calls and helping customers troubleshoot their policies. This is not a call center job – it's a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real difference in people's lives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders via inbound phone calls
* Troubleshoot policy issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to resolve customer issues and improve processes
* Maintain regular and timely attendance, meeting productivity and quality standards
* Make decisions, problem-solve, and hold to an ethical standard in all customer interactions
* Manage individual stress and composure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**
* High School Diploma
* Designated space and internet capability to work from home
* Ability to pass a background check
* Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience
* 2 years of customer service experience
