Position Overview

What You'll Be Doing
Serve as a point of contact for clients seeking assistance with travel-related requests
Help coordinate vacation arrangements including accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, and other travel services
Review travel options and supplier information to help clients make informed decisions
Monitor reservation details and ensure information is recorded accurately
Respond to inquiries and provide timely updates through phone, email, and online communication channels
Assist with itinerary revisions, schedule adjustments, and travel support needs
Maintain organized records and client information within company systems
Stay informed about destination information, supplier updates, and special promotions
Participate in virtual training programs and ongoing development opportunities
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
