Remote Opportunity
Do you enjoy creating positive customer experiences, staying organized, and helping people bring exciting plans to life? We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as Customer Experience Coordinators.
In this role, you'll work closely with clients as they prepare for vacations, cruises, resort stays, and other travel experiences. You'll help coordinate details, answer questions, and provide support throughout the planning process while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely.
No previous travel industry background is necessary. We provide training, resources, and ongoing support to help you build confidence and succeed.
Responsibilities
Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, priorities, and preferred experiences
Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation options, and activities
Help coordinate travel arrangements and review booking information for accuracy
Provide updates regarding reservations, confirmations, and itinerary details
Support clients with questions, adjustments, and travel-related requests
Maintain organized records and documentation using company systems
Monitor supplier updates, destination information, and special travel promotions
Deliver professional service through phone, email, and online communication channels
Participate in virtual training programs and team development opportunities
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple projects
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer knowledge and confidence using online platforms
Reliable internet access
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or approved hiring locations
