Overview
We are expanding our remote client experience team and are looking for motivated, service-driven individuals to join us as Client Success Travel Advisors. In this role, you'll support travelers as they plan and organize vacations, ensuring each stage of the process is handled with care, accuracy, and clear communication.

What Your Role Involves
Guide clients through travel planning conversations and assist in identifying vacation options
Collect trip details such as preferences, timelines, and budgets
Research travel experiences including resorts, cruises, flights, transportation, and activities
Assist in organizing and reviewing reservation information for accuracy
Provide updates on travel confirmations, changes, and itinerary details
Respond to client questions and support requests throughout the booking process
Keep client records organized and up to date within internal systems
Stay informed on travel opportunities, supplier updates, and destination information
Take part in virtual training sessions and ongoing team development
Qualifications
Clear and confident communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms
Professional communication habits and reliable internet access
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes
Positive, service-oriented mindset
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or approved hiring regions
