NEEDED Amazon Growth Operator:
Who is a high-level Amazon Store Manager to take ownership of growth, optimization, and experimentation across our Amazon ecosystem. This role is for someone who actively drives GROWTH through testing, data, and advanced Amazon programs.
Who Are We:
We are a 6 x Inc 5000 Ranked Health and Wellness brand based in the USA, focusing on Hair Growth with the use of nutritional Supplements, Hair serums, and Shampoo and Scalp Conditioners.
You will work directly with the CEO and be responsible for increasing sales velocity, improving keyword rankings, and executing ongoing optimization strategies across listings, brand store, and marketing systems. Commitment: ~20 hours per week (ongoing). The first 3 Months with require more time during ramp-up.
Objective is Growth through maximum optimization of each listing, AB testing, keyword research, and high Roas Promotions and use of Amazon programs.
What You’ll Own:
1. Listing Optimization & SEO
•Continuous optimization of:
o Titles, bullets, A+ content, backend keywords
• Keyword expansion and ranking strategy using Helium 10 and related tools
• Ongoing split testing of copy, images, and keyword structures
2. A/B Testing & Experimentation
• Run structured experiments using:
o Manage Your Experiments
o External frameworks where needed
• Test variables including:
o Main images
o Titles
o A+ content
• Analyze and report statistically meaningful results
3. Growth Strategy & Keyword Ranking
• Improve keyword ranking and organic visibility
• Increase sales velocity per SKU
• Identify:
o Keyword gaps
o Competitor opportunities
o Positioning improvements
4. Brand Store & Funnel Optimization
• Build and continuously optimize Amazon Brand Store
• Improve:
o Conversion pathways
o Cross-sell and upsell structure
• Align store with promotions, bundles, and campaigns
5. Bundles & Offer Structuring (CRITICAL)
• Develop and optimize:
o Virtual bundles
• Increase:
o AOV (average order value)
o Conversion rate
• Test bundle strategies against standalone SKUs
• Identify bundle opportunities based on:
o Customer behavior
o Product synergy
o Margin structure
6. Promotions, Subscribe & Save, and Brand Tailored Promotions
• Execute and optimize:
o Subscribe & Save
o Coupons, deals, and promotional calendars
o Brand Tailored Promotions (Amazon’s audience-based offers)
• Segment and target:
o Repeat customers
o High-intent audiences
• Continuously test promotional strategies to maximize LTV and conversion
7. Off-Amazon Attribution & Retargeting
Utilize: Amazon Attribution links
Support:
o External traffic campaigns
o Retargeting strategies
• Measure impact of off-Amazon traffic on ranking and conversions
8. Compliance & Brand Protection
• Manage:
o Brand Registry
o Transparency Program
• Ensure compliance within health & wellness regulations
9. KPI Tracking & CEO Reporting
You will report directly to the CEO on:
• Keyword ranking movement
• Sales velocity trends
• Conversion rate improvements
• Bundle performance
• Promotion effectiveness
• Experiment results
• Competitive positioning
