Our bread-and-butter work is tub and shower remodels, especially acrylic shower systems, tub-to-shower conversions, one-day bath/shower installations, and high-quality bathroom upgrades. We are full bathroom remodelers and also do custom tile work, but the website needs to be built around attracting better tub/shower remodel leads first.
Current problem:
My current website does not perform well on mobile, does not convert enough qualified leads, and the branding is too focused on “one-day” instead of positioning us as a premium bathroom / shower specialist. I want the site rebuilt or converted properly, likely into WordPress, with strong SEO, local SEO, AI search visibility, conversion strategy, and scalable structure.
What I need:
- Rebuild or convert the existing site into a high-performance WordPress website

My goal:
I want Moore Done Right to become one of the dominant bathroom remodeling companies online in Albany, NY and the surrounding Capital Region. This is not just a basic brochure website. I want a site built to generate qualified leads, improve close rate, support Google Maps / local SEO growth, and create long-term web dominance.
