As a Work from Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests for our valued clients. If you're a customer service enthusiast with a passion for payments technology, we want to hear from you! **What Part Will You Play?** As a Work from Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for cardholders (customers) of 1-2 assigned company clients. * Providing standardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes. * Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases. * Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution. * Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and an understanding of association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training required to resolve cardholder inquiries. **What Are We Looking For in This Role?** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team. To be successful in this role, you'll need: * **Minimum Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or Equivalent + A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months + Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mid-shift to late shifts and weekends + Must be comfortable working on camera at all times + Non-negotiable hourly rate of $15.00 per hour * **Preferred Qualifications:** + 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months + Banking customer service experience **What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?** To excel in this role, you'll need: * **Skills/Knowledge:** + Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks + Familiarity with basic user-friendly GUI screens and established documentation and processes * **Job Complexity:** + Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes + Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice * **Supervision:** + Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work + Requires instructions on all assignments + Works under close supervision **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
