**The Opportunity**
We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tulsa, OK. As a remote work option is available after meeting attendance and performance goals, you'll have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team environment. **What You'll Do**
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers nationwide, providing a positive and reassuring experience for those searching for their missing pets. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Reassuring callers who may be panicked about their missing fur-babies, providing empathetic and supportive communication
* Serving as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet parents, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
* Providing a positive experience for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
* Being part of a collaborative team and culture that offers advancement opportunities, fostering a sense of community and belonging
* Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work day and evening shifts
* Managing peak periods with ease, adapting to changing call volumes and priorities

**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

* If remote, a quiet designated work area at home, free from distractions and interruptions
* Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire, ensuring your safety and the safety of our customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
