**Principal Duties and Responsibilities:**
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing efficient, accurate, and courteous responses to customer transactions, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
* Processing product orders and resolving customer requests in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing multiple screens, systems, and websites
* Assisting customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders, returns, and credits
* Analyzing and reviewing customer requests for return authorization and credits, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care and attention to detail
* Maintaining effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow about sales, promotions, and problems, ensuring accurate billings and shipments
* Providing technical and product information to respond to customer inquiries, showcasing your expertise and knowledge of our products
* Certain Customer Care Representatives will have additional responsibilities to service our customers over social media platforms, warranty claims, and other special projects
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Must reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week between the hours of 7:00am - 6:30pm CST
* Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable internet and a quiet place to work without distractions
**Hiring Range:**
Our hiring range for this position is $13.80 USD - $17.25 USD per hour, determined and built from market pay data. In determining the specific compensation for this position, we comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
