Need only local consultants of California. Minimum 3 years of experience with Government/State/Public sector clients. Below is the detailed Job Description: Mandatory Qualification: Translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly language for both technical and non-technical readers. Experience with documentation platforms, wikis, or content management systems (CMS). Updating and maintaining procedures and process documentation. Creating and maintaining workflow and process diagrams utilizing tools such as MS Visio. Creating presentations for both internal and external stakeholders utilizing tools such as MS PowerPoint Drafting user manuals, desk procedures, and other process documentation. Working collaboratively with business analysts and other team members to identify and document requirements. Demonstrating compliance with accessibility guidelines such the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Desired Qualification: Possession of a Bachelor s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent in the fields of English, Technical Communication, Journalism, or Computer Science. Minimum of five (5) years of experience working on information technology projects as a technical writer. Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing technical writing services to public entities.
