Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS (Outbound & AI-Driven Outreach)
Role Overview
Growith.io is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven SaaS outbound sales experience, strong cold calling and email campaign expertise, and hands-on experience delivering live product demos.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with high-volume outreach (100–120 calls per day), have prior experience selling to U.S.-based small and mid-sized local businesses (such as restaurants, healthcare clinics, spas, fitness centers, and similar service-based businesses), and leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other sales automation platforms to accelerate prospecting, personalization, follow-ups, and overall sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform 100–120 cold calls per day to generate qualified leads and meetings
Build and execute personalized outbound email campaigns and follow-up sequences
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms) for faster outreach execution, email drafting, call scripting, research, and follow-up messaging
Prospect and qualify B2B leads through outbound channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn
Conduct live product demos and discovery calls with prospective clients
Engage and sell into U.S. local business segments (restaurants, clinics, spas, fitness studios, etc.) and understand their operational pain points
Understand customer pain points and position Growith.io’s SaaS solutions effectively
Maintain and update all prospect activity in CRM systems
Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to convert pipeline into revenue
Optimize scripts, messaging, and outreach campaigns based on response data
Required Experience:
2–5 years of experience in SaaS SDR / BDR / inside sales roles
Proven experience in:
100–120 outbound calls daily
Cold email campaign management
Live demos / discovery calls
Pipeline generation
Prior experience selling to U.S.-based local businesses (SMBs) such as restaurants, medical clinics, spas, salons, or similar service industries
Strong hands-on experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
Experience with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft
Must-Have Skills:
Excellent cold calling and objection-handling skills
Strong written communication for high-converting email outreach
Comfortable using AI tools extensively for faster sales execution
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup sales environment
Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline ownership mindset
Ability to communicate effectively with small business owners and decision-makers in the U.S. market
Preferred Profile:
Experience in B2B SaaS startup sales
Hunter mindset with strong outbound prospecting ability
Familiarity with AI-first sales workflows
Experience selling into local business verticals (restaurants, healthcare, wellness, fitness, etc.)
Experience selling tech, analytics, automation, or growth platforms
Key KPIs:
