As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their health-related inquiries, and utilizing various databases and written materials to look up and provide information. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional support to customers via inbound calls, addressing their health-related inquiries * Utilizing various databases and written materials to look up and provide information to telephone inquiries * Meeting established contractual turnaround times and providing timely resolutions to customer issues * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications: * High School diploma or GED required * Minimum six (6) months customer service/administrative/call center experience required * Must be able to speak English clearly and professionally * Bi-lingual candidates will receive priority consideration * Proven verbal and written communication skills a must * Experience working with a PC and a Windows environment required * Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times required * Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks * Proven ability to work as a member of a team is required **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry * Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and databases * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision **Work From Home Requirements** As a remote employee, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements: * Must have a desktop or laptop with the following: + Windows 10 + Intel Core i5 processor or higher + 8GM Memory + 256 GB Hard Drive + Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer + Headset connection hard wired (not wireless) + Hard Wired internet connection (CAN NOT use Wi-Fi) + 1 RJ-45 for wired network connection * Must have a dedicated office space that will allow employee to have all working shifts void of interruption from family members, pets, personal phone calls, etc. The environment should mimic the in-office environment and experience for the customer. * Must have reliable high-speed internet connection (validated by a copy of a current internet bill with internet specifications). * Must have 2 monitors * Minimum speed requirement of 25/25 mbps.
