TYPE: Part-time PAYMENT RANGE: Equity initially, then transition to full-time compensation with benefits LOCATION: Fully Remote (US only) REPORTS TO: Founder & CEO JOB DESCRIPTION StartHub is seeking a Startup Partnerships Lead to lead and scale our strategic partnership initiatives with a core focus on founders, venture capital firms, accelerators, incubators, educational institutions, and startup-focused platforms. This individual will be responsible for designing and executing a partnership roadmap that strengthens our brand presence, drives high-quality founder acquisition, and creates win-win collaborations with key ecosystem players. You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO to position StartHub as the go-to platform for early-stage startup support - through curated partnerships, brand alignments, co-marketing opportunities, and integrated activations. This is a critical leadership role for someone who can think strategically, act tactically, and drive measurable results across the startup landscape. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: You’re a connector, operator, and deal-closer at heart. You understand the dynamics of the startup ecosystem - and you know how to craft compelling value propositions for VCs, accelerators, founder communities, and educational organizations. You're entrepreneurial, outcome-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments where strategy and execution happen side-by-side. You're not just looking to do partnerships • you're looking to build a partnership machine . IDEAL SKILL SET: • Deep understanding of startup ecosystems, VC firms, accelerators, and founder networks • Strong negotiation, communication, and storytelling abilities • Ability to create partnership decks, lead calls, and close strategic deals • Experience developing co-marketing campaigns, affiliate channels, and community partnerships • Systems thinker: able to build repeatable processes, CRM flows, and reporting • Bonus: familiarity with partnership software, pipeline management tools (Hubspot, Airtable, etc.) EXPERIENCE: • 3–6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, ecosystem growth, or related roles • Proven success in forming and managing strategic partnerships with companies, VC firms, or ecosystem builders • Track record of driving user acquisition, lead generation, or brand equity through partnerships • Bonus: Experience working in early-stage startups, venture studios, or B2B SaaS environments BOTTOM LINE: We’re looking for someone who can: • Build and manage a high-impact partnership pipeline • Create relationships that drive user growth, brand authority, and community value • Serve as the external face of StartHub to the ecosystem - and an internal strategic thought partner to the CEO This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the partnership function of one of the most ambitious startup support platforms in the world.
