The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing training, and managing multiple client accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide a value-add service to Legal Software customers through training, implementation and best practice consulting
- Work with customers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on how our services and solutions can help them achieve their goals
- Engage with key teams such as Product Management & Customer Success + Support as appropriate to deliver end to end solutions
- Partner with leadership on business-critical initiatives
