**What You'll Do**
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, guiding them through every step of their journey with arenaflex. Your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for our members through telephone, email, and live chat interactions
* Thinking creatively about ways to strengthen arenaflex's relationship with members and drive exceptional experiences
* Guiding members in managing their membership, from upselling to troubleshooting and explaining benefits
* Sharing opportunities to improve the Member Experience at any step of the journey
**What You're Great At**
We're looking for individuals who possess a positive, friendly demeanor and a commitment to outstanding service. If you have a natural passion for ensuring a great member experience, previous sales and/or customer service experience is a plus – we'll teach you the rest! You should also be able to:
* Identify problems and execute resourceful and creative solutions with empathy and patience at the forefront of all interactions
* Demonstrate excellent oral and written skills, as well as a strong level of comfort with multi-tasking in a fast-paced tech environment
* Comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures, and follow protocol thoroughly and consistently
**Role Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or GED equivalent
* Open availability, including weekends
* The ability to complete airport badging or government screening process, and other applicable associated requirements, including a drug test
* The position is remote but must be based in the city listed in the job title
