As a Part-Time Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services, and helping to generate leads that drive revenue. **Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement**: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, ensuring that you can provide expert information to customers via online chat.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers, ensuring that our clients' customers receive the support they need.
- **Lead Generation**: Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to drive revenue and grow their businesses.
- **Interaction Summaries**: Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that help our clients to improve their customer service.
- **Knowledge Base**: Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest developments.
**Qualifications**
- **Previous Experience**: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. We're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required, as well as a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- **Positive Demeanor**: A positive and professional demeanor is essential for success in this role, as is excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Adaptability**: The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment is crucial for this position.
**Training and Requirements**
- **On-the-Job Training**: On-the-job training via Zoom will be provided to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
- **Computer Requirements**: You'll need to have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
- **Quiet Workspace**: A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions is required, as this is a remote position.
- **Training Schedule**: You'll be required to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30 pm EDT.
- **Typing Speed**: You'll need to be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
