**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
* **Fielding Customer Inquiries**: Finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
* **Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries**: Carefully responding to all customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service through active listening
* **Working with Confidential Customer Information**: Treating customer information sensitively and securely
* **Resolving Issues**: Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* **Escalating Interactions**: Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* **Tracking Call-Related Information**: Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* **Providing Feedback**: Providing feedback on call issues and upselling when required
**Qualifications**
We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **6 Months Customer Service Experience**: Preferred, but not required
* **Over 18 Years of Age**: Must be at least 18 years old
* **Ability to Type 25 WPM**: Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute
* **High School Graduate or GED**: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
* **Comfort with Desktop Computer System**: Must be comfortable using a desktop computer system
* **Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills**: Must have excellent communication skills
* **Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: Must be able to think critically and solve problems logically
* **Ability to Navigate Windows Operating Systems**: Must be able to navigate Windows operating systems
* **Organization and Work Prioritization Skills**: Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
* **Internet Connection Requirements**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
* **ISP Requirements**: Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
* **Proof of Internet Speed**: You will need to provide proof of your internet speed
