Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join the team at The Waterford, a prestigious establishment known for its exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. As the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and staff, the Receptionist plays a critical role in delivering outstanding front-desk service while maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities • * Greet and welcome guests, residents, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. • * Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls using a multi-line phone system. • * Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area. • * Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. • * Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting room bookings, and maintain visitor logs. • * Provide accurate information in-person, via phone, or email regarding the facility and its services. • * Assist with administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document handling. • * Ensure compliance with building security procedures, including guest check-in and access control. • * Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed. • Required Skills and Qualifications • * High school diploma or equivalent. • * Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role. • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. • * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • * Professional appearance and demeanor. • * Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. • * Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Experience • * 1–3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably within a residential, hospitality, or corporate environment. • * Experience handling multi-line phone systems and scheduling tools is highly desirable. • Working Hours • * Full-time position, 40 hours per week. • * Shift coverage may include weekdays, occasional weekends, or public holidays depending on operational needs. • * Shifts typically range between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required. • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • * Knowledge of office and administrative procedures. • * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • * Customer-centric attitude with a proactive mindset. • Benefits • * Competitive hourly wage/salary package. • * Health, dental, and vision insurance (eligible after probation). • * Paid time off and holiday pay. • * Opportunities for career growth within The Elite Job network. • * Supportive and inclusive work environment. • * Employee recognition and wellness programs. • Why Join Us Joining The Elite Job at The Waterford means becoming part of a team that values excellence, courtesy, and professionalism.
