**What You'll Do:**
* Connect directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests
* Examine and resolve issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and follow up as necessary to resolve issues
* Complete accurate data entry of solutions into arenaflex's healthcare software
* Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
* Work with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners alike
* Be willing to learn and grow with our team; we share feedback, receive input, and work in a culture of openness and development
* Communicate with veterinary facilities via telephone (occasionally other channels) with various topics, primarily using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts
* Expect a significant portion of the average business day to be outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts
**What You'll Need:**
* Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening)
* Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
* Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out with attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable
* Strong decision-making abilities
* Proven ability to perform multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to adapt to change based on the business needs of the organization
* Flexibility to adjust schedule and stay at work longer than required depending on the situation by the specialty unit
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data
* Ability to pass a personal background check
