**Job Summary**
We are seeking a part-time customer service representative to join our team on a 12-week contract basis, with the potential to be brought back for future projects. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling shareholder communications, including inbound, outbound, and email responses. You will work closely with our clients to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle shareholder communications, including inbound, outbound, and email responses
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Utilize autodialer technology to make outbound calls to shareholders, with a goal of 30 calls per hour
- Leave voicemails and follow up with shareholders to ensure that their concerns are addressed
- Direct shareholders to alternative voting options, ensuring that their interests are represented
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that our clients receive timely and relevant information
**Work Schedule**
- Work from home, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life
- Work 26 hours per week, with a schedule that includes:
- 6pm-11pm EST, Monday to Thursday
- 12pm-6pm EST, Saturday
- All hours are in Eastern Standard Time (EST)
**Requirements**
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on results
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in using technology, including autodialer systems and email software
- Reliable internet connection, with a speed of 50 upload/10 download

**Pay and Benefits**
- Hourly pay rate: $20.00 - $20.00
