What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain relationships with homebuyers, real estate agents, referral partners, and financial professionals
Guide clients through the mortgage loan process from application through closing
Analyze borrower financial and credit data to recommend appropriate loan products
Generate self-sourced business through networking, referrals, and community outreach
Maintain compliance with all federal and state lending regulations
Provide an exceptional client experience with proactive communication and consultative service
Build long-term referral relationships to create a sustainable pipeline

Compensation
Competitive Compensation Structure Includes:
$3k/month non-recoverable draw
Commission structure depending on experience and production level, (100 bps per loan, but can choose a higher comp plan if preferred)
Commission earning potential ranging from $100,000 to $250,000+ annually
Uncapped earning potential
Performance bonuses and incentive opportunities
Residual and referral income opportunities available in certain markets

Qualifications
Active NMLS license preferred (or ability to obtain)
Experience in mortgage lending, banking, financial services, or sales preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and non-QM loan products preferred
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
