What You’ll Do
Lead and grow branch production through recruiting, coaching, and sales leadership
Develop and mentor Mortgage Loan Originators to maximize performance
Build strong relationships with Realtors, builders, financial advisors, and referral partners
Drive branch profitability, pipeline management, and operational efficiency
Create and execute local market growth strategies
Monitor sales activity, conversion metrics, and team performance
Ensure compliance with mortgage lending regulations and company standards
Foster a high-energy, positive, and accountable sales culture
Participate in strategic planning with executive leadership
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of mortgage lending experience
Previous experience leading or managing a mortgage sales team
Proven history of recruiting and developing producing loan officers
Strong understanding of residential mortgage products and guidelines
Established referral network and business development mindset
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Active NMLS license preferred
Compensation & Earnings Potential
Base Salary
$48k-$60k annual base salary
(based on experience, production history, and market)
Additional Compensation
Branch override commissions - 10 bps

$250,000 – $400,000+ annually for high-performing leaders
