Role Responsibilities
• Design clinically realistic scenarios and prompts based on specialty expertise (diagnosis, treatment planning, risk assessment, guideline adherence)
• Develop high-quality “gold standard” responses at attending-level depth and accuracy
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs using structured medical rubrics
• Provide detailed written feedback to improve model reasoning and performance
• Participate in onboarding sessions and specialty calibration discussions
• Ensure alignment with evidence-based medical standards and best practices
Must-Have:
• Attending Physicians: Board-certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license
• Resident Physicians: Final year of residency (recent graduates must be board-eligible)
• Fellows: Board-certified or board-eligible in primary specialty with an active medical license
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
• Excellent written communication skills for structured medical feedback
Additional Details
• Fully remote and asynchronous work environment
• Standard commitment: ~20 hours/week (can increase based on performance and demand)
