Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team remotely, serving clients in the Bronx area. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help improve quality of life through evidence-based practices, data-driven decision-making, and compassionate patient care. Duties • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans. • Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly. • Provide training, supervision, and support to behavior technicians and caregivers to ensure fidelity of intervention strategies. • Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure consistency across environments. • Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and HIPAA-compliant patient files in accordance with privacy regulations. • Conduct intake assessments for new clients and participate in ongoing patient evaluation processes. Experience • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder. • Strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education methodologies. • Experience in data collection, patient assessment, and implementing individualized treatment plans. • Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance is highly desirable. • Prior experience working remotely or in telehealth settings is preferred but not required. • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging families effectively.
