As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in making the connection and ensuring timely delivery to those patients reaching out. As a key member of our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of their medications.
