Job Title: Salesforce BA/Scrum Master
Location: Remote (EST Timezone)
Duration: FTE
Salesforce Business Analyst
• Understand business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into user stories and functional requirements.
• Work on Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Create BRD, FSD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Support solution design in line with Salesforce best practices.
• Coordinate with Developers, QA, and Architects during development.
• Support UAT, defect tracking, and production releases.
• Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.
Scrum Master
• Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams.
• Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure Agile/Scrum processes are followed properly.
• Remove blockers and help the team deliver sprint goals.
• Work with Product Owner to manage and groom the backlog.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery status.
• Promote continuous improvement and team collaboration.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects.
• Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and functionality.
