If you're a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities:** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key duties: * **Data Preparation and Entry:** Gather, organize, and prepare source documents for data entry into our system database, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * **Data Quality Control:** Review data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information and resolve issues using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. * **Data Accuracy and Integrity:** Enter both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into the proper system database, reviewing data entered against the original source documents for accuracy and correcting any data entry errors or duplications. * **Security and Compliance:** Follow data program security practices and procedures at all times, maintaining confidentiality of all personal and financial information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. * **Database Maintenance:** Routinely secure information by completing database backup daily, ensuring the integrity and availability of our data. * **Clerical Support:** Perform other varied clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required, supporting the smooth operation of our virtual office. * **Confidentiality and Discretion:** Maintain confidentiality of all personal and financial information at all times, upholding the trust and integrity of our organization. **Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * **Education and Experience:** High school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 6 months related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience. * **Technical Skills:** Must be tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with complete knowledge of general computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone operations. * **Software Proficiency:** Must be knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet. * **Typing Speed and Accuracy:** Must be a qualified typist with a minimum of 40 W.P.M., demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness in your work. * **Communication and Teamwork:** Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively, and asking questions where clarification is needed.
