Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to union members, educating them about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and engage with members through various communication channels to ensure their needs are met.
- Work closely with union associations to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members who desire to opt-in, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, union regulations, and company policies to provide accurate and informed support to members.
Requirements for Consideration:
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus but not required).
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and leadership.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
