As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering outstanding results and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers. ### Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and answer questions * Entering application data accurately and efficiently * Responding to online chat inquiries in a timely and effective manner * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and updates * Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex products * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels ### Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and online platforms * A high level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner * A high level of professionalism, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service * Comfort working from home in a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Self-motivation and a drive for success, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment ### Preferred Qualifications While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or CRM systems, is highly valued.
