We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, Live Chat, and in-person interactions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide an ultimate level of service to customers in a pleasant, efficient manner via telephone, email, and Live Chat
* Field inbound calls from customers to ensure excellent service and resolve their inquiries promptly
* Communicate with customers in a proactive, positive, and professional manner across multiple channels
* Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting the needs of the customer
* Identify the root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine a solution that is best for the customer
* Maintain and learn product knowledge to be able to educate consumers and suggest products that meet their needs and wants

**Essential Qualifications**
* 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or sports industry
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills

* Proficiency in multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and Live Chat
