* Resolving basic issues and escalating complex concerns to the appropriate teams
* Documenting interactions and following internal support procedures
* Maintaining a deep understanding of our services to guide clients effectively

**What We're Looking For**

* Ability to type 45+ WPM accurately
* High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
