**About arenaflex's U.S. Information Security (USDS)**
arenaflex's U.S. Information Security (USDS) is a dedicated branch of arenaflex in the U.S., focused on providing elevated attention and service to our information security approaches and content moderation conventions to keep U.S. users safe. Our emphasis is on giving oversight and security of the arenaflex platform and user information in the U.S., so millions of Americans can continue to use arenaflex to learn, earn, express themselves creatively, or connect with others.
**The Infra SRE-Application Services Team**
The Infra SRE-Application Services team at arenaflex is responsible for expanding the arenaflex platform's operability, visibility, transparency, and automation. We aim to provide comprehensive experiences and solutions for the arenaflex platform with minimal manual interventions. Our team values transparency, collaboration, hard work, and innovation. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform SRE duties and procedures on supported services in production, including but not limited to standby revolutions, maintenance, change management, monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
* Augment system uptime, availability, and reliability to ensure functional and performance SLAs.
* Contribute to existing documentation and build effective documentation, such as operational runbooks, SOPs, SLA/SLO.
* Initiate and lead pre-planning/tooling/automation to streamline processes and minimize human resources.
* Work cross-functionally and territorially with SRE/Dev/QA/PM teams to manage incidents and improve processes.
* Manage and focus on projects/assignments for high efficiency and precise deliveries.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent functional experience.
* 5+ years of demonstrated experience in software development with at least one programming language.
* 5+ years of experience with Linux Operating Systems, Systems Administration, Database concepts, Monitoring, and Shell scripting.
* Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
* Superb communicator, collaborative person, self-starter, and quick learner.
* Ideal to Have:
+ Graduate degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
+ Proficiency in any of the following languages: Python, GoLang, C++.
+ Ability in any of the following: SRE reasoning, AIOPS, APM, Disaster Recovery.
+ Aptitude in any of these tech stacks: Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, ClickHouse, Message Queue, OpenTSDB, Management Grid.

The pay may vary beyond this range depending on various factors, including a candidate's skills, abilities, experience, and location. Base compensation is one part of the Total Compensation Package that is provided to recognize and reward employees for their work, and this job may be eligible for additional optional rewards/incentives, and restricted stock units.
