As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and web. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services
* Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
* Identify the answers to the questions our customers expect to have in each interaction, providing accurate and helpful information
* Take a proactive approach to solving problems, learning from each interaction, and escalating clinical advice to pharmacists when necessary
* Deliver exceptional service experiences to our customers, operating in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity
* Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payments, as well as shipping needs
* Provide technical assistance to customers while browsing pharmacy.arenaflex.com
* Serve customers in a timely manner, ensuring that we maximize our relationship with them and build long-term relationships
**Eligibility Criteria**
* Must live in the state of Arizona
* High school diploma or equivalent
* More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
* Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills
* A high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or fiber-optic with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
* The ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two weeks' notice
* Ability to work in a private environment free of distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and give full attention to the client during work hours
**Preferred Qualifications**
* More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email
* Communication skills (spoken and written)
* Experience working in a customer service or call center
* Work experience in the medical field
* Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team
