We're proud to be a remote-first company, offering a flexible and dynamic work environment that allows our team members to thrive. **Job Summary** As a Customer Engagement Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, processing phone payments, conducting customer interview calls, and resolving common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan. If you're a customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. * Process phone payments and ensure accurate and efficient payment processing. * Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve customer concerns. * Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channel, providing clear and concise solutions. * Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, including payment issues, loan terms, and other related matters. * Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities. **Requirements** * High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus. * Two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. Collection experience is a plus. * Minimum of 2 years related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. * Working knowledge of Word and Excel. * Ability to master the use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) – Training Provided. * Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, as roles are a combination of phone and chat communication. * Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus. * Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude, with the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.
