**Job Summary**
We're looking for a seasoned Retention Specialist to join our team in Augusta, GA. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for promoting and saving products and services, providing excellent customer experiences via phone, and negotiating and completing save/service order requests from customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Promote and save products and services to drive customer satisfaction and retention
* Provide exceptional customer experiences via phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
* Negotiate and complete save/service order requests from customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
* Work with customers patiently, tactfully, and efficiently to resolve issues and answer questions
* Accurately inform customers of various fees and adjustments, ensuring that they understand their options and choices
* Provide options to customers based on their product and service needs, ensuring that they receive the best possible solution
* Utilize active listening skills to understand customer concerns and needs
* Follow tactical call flows to optimize the customer experience and ensure that every interaction is positive and memorable
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, with a focus on retention and customer satisfaction
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
* Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer experience and retention
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience working in a similar role, with a focus on retention and customer satisfaction
