Our commitment to innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the retail industry. **Key Responsibilities** As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer experiences by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs * Providing customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines, and recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services * Taking complex customer orders using order systems and providing accurate pricing information * Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels * Setting up and operating printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents * Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment * Ensuring confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents, media, and packages * Processing financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Cleaning, repairing, and stocking all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability * Staying current on retail store merchandising materials and ensuring proper display of all retail area product and signage * Taking preemptive action to prevent errors and waste * Completing required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service or a related field * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a retail customer service or sales environment * Knowledge of printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines * Ability to operate a Point of Sale terminal (POS) and process financial transactions * Experience with inventory management and stock control * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills and ability to build customer loyalty * Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
