**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Performing in-depth analysis on client records and charging statements to identify areas for improvement
* Providing brief, productive, and client-centric support to clients, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

* Driving initiatives to improve client interactions with arenaflex's cloud computing and account management data
* Effectively seeking solutions to client needs, conveying trends to management, and recommending innovative solutions to enhance the client experience
* Assisting with client communication during AWS launch and support events
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of AWS-specific products and features
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a cloud computing or account management environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Proficiency in cloud computing platforms, including AWS
