**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for leading the enrollment, training, and development of a unique store group that will help arenaflex accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. You will be tasked with identifying opportunities in the local market to boost arenaflex's brand visibility and drive sales. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve combined store sales targets, drive ideal team performance, and maintain store operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Head Manager to align on business needs and strategies, while demonstrating sales leadership through active floor presence and role modeling (70% of the time)
* Customer Excellence: Ensure all team members deliver a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness
* Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop administration and staff, maintaining brief position satisfaction, providing continuous performance assessment, and ensuring adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures
* Brand Standards: Maintain brand principles through office maintenance, display area show, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's dress code standard and grooming rules
**What You'll Bring**
* Four-year degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record to meet or exceed objectives, or equivalent
* Self-starting business visionary with outstanding leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines
* Magnificent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales tasks
* Ability to foster collaborative relationships and serve as a well-respected, trusted partner
* Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move as needed
* Valid driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain required state licensing, where applicable
* This role requires you to have an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles. Without the sales rep permit, you cannot participate in sales activities
