We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Virtual Chat Assistant with expertise in Microsoft tools. As a key member of our support team, you'll assist customers through live chat, offering quick and efficient resolutions to inquiries related to products, services, and software. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Virtual Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries and support requests through live chat, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions to customer issues.
* Providing accurate, clear, and timely answers to customer questions related to company products, services, and particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Troubleshooting basic technical issues and guiding customers in resolving software-related problems, especially with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft tools.
* Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department and following up to ensure resolution.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide reliable information to customers.
* Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken using Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM tools.
* Collaborating with internal teams using Microsoft Teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
* Consistently providing a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
* Proven experience as a virtual assistant, customer service representative, or similar role, with experience in live chat support.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
