As part of our efforts to enhance customer centricity, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Customer Experience Manager to join our Digital Character Development team. This team is responsible for creating a comprehensive and reliable digital perspective on customers' relationships with arenaflex, working closely with various departments such as Online Business, Marketing, and other groups in our income association like Walmart +, Information Adventures, and Walmart Interface.
Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and execution of digital character experiences across various customer touchpoints, including store service desks and checkout areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the project process around customer information and character capture, fostering a unified system around customer personality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of digital character experiences across a designated customer experience space, including store service desks and checkout areas.
- Analyze existing CX streams at various touchpoints to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement tests for character capture (e.g., phone numbers).
- Decipher the customer experience plan to upgrade character capture and utilization at exchange points from paper to execution plan.
- Foster an execution guide for select experience execution and collaborate with item, field, and investigation groups to develop examinations.
- Participate in cross-functional gatherings joining forces with item and surveys and approve tests.
- Oversee tests in the field and send tests in arrangement with Walmart field activities groups.
- Cooperate with examination to decipher results and suggest and execute upgrades.
- Track progress of the examination, set up and execute announcing structure, and foster gauges to beat expected chances.
- Partner the executives and keep up with associations with Walmart groups to ensure effective execution.
- Catch partner needs, permitting the group to set up important business examination.
- Assemble and execute correspondence intends to key partners.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- Four-year college education in Business Organization, Designing, Tasks, or related field.
- 3 years' involvement with activities, project the board, or related region OR 5 years' involvement with activities, project the executives, or related region.
- 1 year's administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Authority of cross-functional teams or undertakings.
