**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Phone Order Taker / Catering Orders representative, you'll be responsible for taking phone orders, assisting customers with their needs, and providing exceptional service experiences. **Responsibilities**
* Take phone orders with a friendly and welcoming attitude
* Assist customers in understanding their needs and preferences
* Provide exceptional service experiences for every customer, every time
* Maintain knowledge of our menu, answer questions, and offer suggestions to customers
* Work effectively in a team environment or independently, as needed
* Take orders face-to-face and coordinate deliveries with drivers
* Complete various daily assignments and tasks as required
* Possess knowledge of Board of Health regulations (classes offered)
**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum of one year prior restaurant experience and/or previous customer service/phone experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in the food industry or customer service
* Knowledge of Board of Health regulations
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
