**About the Role**
As a proactive customer recall agent, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home in Michigan, connecting with customers via phone or email to provide exceptional support and information. Your primary goal will be to proactively contact customers to help them have the ultimate customer care experience, ensuring they're happy with their purchase. You'll also support the department and team leads with operational projects, offering timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide excellent customer support and information to vehicle owners who are at risk for their level of satisfaction with our products
* Proactively contact customers to help them have the ultimate customer care experience
* Support the department and team leads with operational projects
* Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed)
* Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations
**Skills for Success**
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills:
* Computer navigation and telephone skills
* Typing skills
* Ability to problem-solve and take part in discussions as a consultant
* Ability to negotiate/create solutions that meet client, customer, and arenaflex objectives
* Strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail
* Ability to build positive, lasting relationships with your customer base
* Full understanding of project operational and workflow processes to meet quality and productivity guidelines
**Eligibility Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following eligibility requirements:
* One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers)
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Available to work shifts between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern time, Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
* Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time-sensitive
**Nice to Have**
* Degree in a relevant or related field
**Remote Work Requirements**
To work from home as a proactive customer recall agent, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Michigan resident
* High-speed internet access at home that you can connect to via Ethernet or landline
* Secluded and distraction-free work environment
