As a Remote Administrative Support Specialist/ Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clients to create customized itineraries that exceed their expectations. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Administrative Support Specialist/ Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Exemplifying arenaflex's Core Values and Mission Statement by living out our culture and providing exceptional customer service * Fostering teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates with a positive and professional attitude * Surprising and delighting each client by innovating new ways to exceed their expectations * Responding to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner * Applying for payments and sending out payment reminders to ensure seamless transactions * Managing flight changes and seat assignments to minimize disruptions * Providing concierge-related services for clients, including spa, touring, and dinner reservations * Corresponding with clients on preferences, assisting with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notifying hotels of client preferences no later than 1 week before departure * Preparing client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, to ensure clients are well-prepared for their trip * Updating daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM to ensure accurate records * Setting schedules and managing time effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines * Managing client profiles and bookings to ensure seamless transactions * Serving as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, which can occur outside of normal office hours * Continuously growing in savvy and proficiency to implement tools that heighten our remote workplace culture **Criteria Include** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following criteria: * Must be a driven self-starter with a positive attitude, proactive, and trustworthy * Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action-oriented are essential for this role, as the position offers a significant amount of responsibility with accountability for results * Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and teammates * Team player who is willing and able to "roll up your sleeves" to complete a project * High degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and teammates * Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team * Proficiency in cloud-based CRM systems and other software applications * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve client issues and concerns * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure seamless transactions and accurate records **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Remote Administrative Support Specialist/ Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and innovative organization.
