Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Representative Weekend Remote – Workers' Compensation Claims Support

We're passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **The Role** As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative Weekend Remote, you'll work on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule, providing an opportunity to work from home during weekend shifts. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network * Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications * Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits * Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data * Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems * Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications * Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients * Performing other duties as assigned **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems * Experience with Microsoft Office * Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions * Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, experience in workers' compensation law and editing skills are highly desirable. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive salary * Health insurance * Dental insurance * 401(k) plan * Paid time off **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
