As a Customer Service Sales Expert, you'll become a key contributor in making that happen. We believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for growth and development. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Sales Expert, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Providing customer support via phone, email, and instant messaging * Handling customer inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues * Processing a high volume of customer inquiries and resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries * Troubleshooting customer problems and identifying the root cause of the issue * Escalating complex issues to the appropriate resource and following up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring * Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues * Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information * Meeting standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time * Providing guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates * Other related duties assigned as needed **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
