**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Customer Escalations Phone Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers who have received notification pertaining to a past rental or previous transaction. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer concerns, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a positive experience for our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers who have received notification pertaining to a past rental or previous transaction
* Use customer-provided information to resolve customer concerns and provide tailored solutions
* Craft acceptable solutions to address customer needs
* Work closely with the team to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone and chat interactions
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum 6+ months customer service experience
* Dual monitors are required
* Hard-wired to internet
* Friendly and caring tone
* Engage with customers in a friendly, approachable manner
* Support a positive environment for customer interactions
* Knowledgeable about various customer needs
* Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer tailored solutions

* 2 weeks of training and education, including instructor-led concept courses and self-led courses
