As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers while working from the comfort of your own home in Texas. **What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Engaging directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution
* Operating with empathy, kindness, and understanding, utilizing active listening skills to build trust and rapport with customers and team members alike
* Collaborating with teammates, managers, and other stakeholders across the organization using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to a culture of collaboration and customer-centricity
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support to customers
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment
* Ability to multitask, maintain a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes, and perform well in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for information to help support customers
* Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit
* Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to pass a background check
**Technical Requirements**
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
* A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam, and reliable wired, high-speed internet (30 Mbps download speed/ 10 Mbps upload speed)
* A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
* A quiet, distraction-free workspace with minimal background noise
