**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue growth
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers have a seamless and satisfying experience
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Gaming experience is helpful, as it demonstrates a strong ability to multitask and think on your feet
* Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools is a plus
**Training and Development:**
* On-the-job training via Zoom, with a comprehensive program that covers all aspects of the role and industry
* Requirements:
+ Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
+ Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
+ Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
+ Able to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30pm EDT
