* Call Quality Check: Call customers from prior day for quality check to ensure that issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
* Maintenance Calls: Call maintenance customers and schedule visits to ensure that their needs are met.

* Review Follow-up: Follow up on reviews, both positive and negative, to ensure that customer concerns are addressed and satisfaction is maintained.
* General Inbound Customer Service: Provide general customer service support, responding to customer inquiries and concerns through various channels.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record customer interactions and resolve issues.
